Water Softeners

Iron & Odor Filters

Iron & Odor Filters

Remove calcium, magnesium, iron & other metal cations in hard water through ion exchange resin. Salt recharges the resin & replaces the hardness molecules to prepare for the next batch. The resulting soft water is more compatible with soap & preserves the life & performance of plumbed utilities. Units are available in economy, premium, high efficiency & twin.  We have saltless options available by request only.

Iron & Odor Filters

Ground water is full of elements like iron, manganese, &  hydrogen sulfides (H2S) that can lead to reddish brown staining & a displeasing rotten egg odor. The Storm and Iron Curtain are proven effective methods to reduce those harmful effects automatically stronger & safer than chlorine. A head of air (with ozone in the Storm) precipitates the contaminant into a solid & eliminates it through the drain.

Chemical injection Pumps

Ultraviolet (UV) is a safe, clean, easy to maintain method of assuring that water is free of bacteria. UV Water Purification uses Ultraviolet light to kill micro-organisms that may be in the water. It is a proven technology that has no significant drawbacks. They are available with an optional sediment filter attached & numerous flowrate applications. NSF/ANSI 55 certified in class A & B for water treatment.

Chemical injection Pumps

In water treatment, sometimes there is a need to adjust the water characteristics gradually through injecting a chemical directly into the water. We use injection pumps from Stenner & Chemtech to adjust pH, sanitize, oxidation, or scale prevention. While these are very common on commercial applications, we also use them on residential systems.

Filtration systems

Remove up to 99% of pesky organic solids with 4-stage filtration pressurized through a semi-permeable membrane. Usable water is then stored & dispensed through a small pressure tank to an independent spigot or fridge. These units are point of use & are typically installed under a sink cabinet. Upsized storage tanks, custom fixtures, & additional filters are available as well. These systems are built in-shop for optimal performance for your water.

Fundamentally speaking, these systems do the same thing as a residential unit. But for high volume demands, we offer an extensive line of equipment. These tanks can be installed as a standalone tank, alternating, or progressive flow. Valves come in sizes from 1.5" up to 3" to handle very high volumes & flowrates. Common applications include car washes, hotels & restaurants, hospitals & assisted living facilities.

These units are capable of producing daily water volumes of 300-16,000 gallons a day. Industrial systems can produce up to 180,000 gallons per day. These systems have a fairly large footprint because they require a holding tank to store all that water they produce. So to simplify, they are not an on demand system by design. But they can provide you with all the water you would need for your home use or in industries needing large volumes of purified water.
